Terms of Service

1. Services

StartupCode provides MVP development services including web application development, landing page creation, and related technical services. Our standard delivery timeframe is 2-4 weeks from project kickoff.

2. Payment Terms

Payment is required upfront before work begins. Our current pricing is $5,999 per MVP project, which includes web application, landing page, essential integrations, SEO optimization, deployment, and training.

3. Deliverables

Upon project completion, you will receive:

• Full source code ownership
• Deployed web application and landing page
• Documentation and training materials
• Essential integrations (payments, authentication, databases, analytics)

4. Code Ownership

Upon full payment, you own 100% of the code and intellectual property created for your project. We retain no rights to your project's code or assets.

5. Revisions

We work collaboratively throughout the development process with regular updates and feedback loops. Reasonable revisions within the agreed scope are included. Major scope changes may require additional fees.

6. Refund Policy

If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon project, you are entitled to a full refund. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all project details, business plans, and communications as confidential. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent.
